After I install it. It says Parameter is incorrect in shortcut and it won't run.

sorry. Does this mean that every time we install it, it MUST be uninstalled first. In the past, I have simply installed it on top of itself. Anyway is OK with me. I just need to know which way would be the way.

I am going to try this.

#2

No, I did a windows update to try to get it to work. The program installs fine. But, when I try to run either Builder or firmware Builder, they don't run. I have already put a new .NETFRAMEWORK on it. This is win7.

MovieMaker, you do not need to uninstall each time. What is happening is the Shortcut you created is incorrect. Remove the old shortcut. You can right-click on icons and shortcuts and select Delete.

#5

I removed the old short cut right after I installed and right-clicked and sent the new one to the desktop. I even clicked on the original shortcut from the program menu without success.

#6

OK, this time, I went to the hard drive and picked a path. The path was supposed to be:

c:/program(X86)/EZRobot Inc/Ezbuilder/ARC .

I only had ONE ARC in the path of the short cut. So , I made another shortcut from the app.

It is working now.
