A new EZ-B will have the name EZBv4 and part of it's MAC address at the end. You will need to rename the EZ-B v4 to what ever you want it to be using the Web Server

Nomad, that isnt the IP. It is the SSID. When you connect to this with your android or iphone, you will be able to put it on your network. From there you scan for the IP that was assigned to this device.

To receive assistance, these questions must be answered.
is the battery on the robot fully charged?
does the ezrobot make a startup sound when powered on?
is there a light flashing on the ezb when powered on?
what color is the light on the ezb?
are you connecting the phone/device to the wifi network of the ezb?
Press the connect button.
a. If an error appears, some devices take up to 1 minute to detect the ezb - wait 5-10 seconds and press connect again.
b. *Note: do not change or modify the IP address field on connection screen. Use the default value.
if a connection still does not occur, does the ezb wifi name display as the connected wifi network on the connection screen?
have you double checked the wire connections to the ezb using the very helpful learn section on our website? Ensuring the black wire if all plugs matches the black side of the ezb connections? Etc...

reset the EZ-B and repeat this procedure

b. When resetting, does EZ-B speak introduction message as in the video?
If still unable to connect, notify EZ-Robot with the answers to these questions. Also provide what device is being used to connect to the EZ-Robot? (model/operating system) eg Samsung Note 3/Android, iPhone 6
Your network is setup to only allow certain mac addresses to be able to connect to it. This was because you had jerks for neighbors.
It is seeing your network fine but is unable to get connected because the mac address hasnt been specified in your wireless access point (Engenius). let me see if I can find the thread from the last time you had a new EZ-B.
@Nomad.... are we going to do this every time you buy a new ezb4? Did you type in your network name and password before you pressed connect? It won't connect unless you spell your wifi network and password correctly?
I have to head into a meeting and then after work I have to go be my wife's companies lift monkey because they just bought a bunch of furniture. I will connect tomorrow if you cant find the notes that you had from the last time we did this. Let me know if you get it figured out. If not, I will connect and get it going for you. You might want to find your password for your router configuration while I am away.
If you can get into your router with the login information for your router, you could uncheck MAC Filtering. We could try that and see if your neighbors have quit trying to hack your network over the past year.

Okay, if you disable MAC Filtering like in your first photo, you should be able to click apply button. From there, you would just run through the connection stuff again for your EZ-B.

It looks like this one has the entire MAC address instead of the last 4 digits of the MAC address in its SSId.
Should still work fine, an SSID is an SSID. Nothing special about the digits.

when i connect with iphone led is red blinking
I have 2 of those EZB4's with as Allan says has the entire Mac address.... They work as usual.... no problems or issues whatsoever....
it connect for 5 sec green led flaching then red blinking.
i try them bolt,no luck its like post#12

david i ad the new ezb on Engius.ubove is a check box something for mac. chould i check that box or uncheck.
