for 10 bucks looks like a great deal. cant wait to see it on your bot

i just ordered 2. i had to order the full rotation (360 degree medium servos) because they are out of stock on the normal medium (180 degree) rotation servos.

My distributor (the ppl who make that claw) sent me a demo of their new version. It has 2 servos now. One servo for the claw and another for rotation. There is another newer version that's 21cm long and also has rotation.

And if you realy care, there is an entire arm that is 50cm long! It has shoulder servo, elbow servo, 2 wrist servos and a claw servo. It's pretty severe!!!

I can get those in if you wish. Unlike most of the stuff I order, there is no Mininum Order Quantity, which means I can just bring one or two in.

They already include servos too.

I think that when they demo this stuff, they should use an EZB ;)

Whats up with the additional breakoutboard? why not servo direct to EZ-B? Or is that part of the EZB-V3 prototype?

Yeah it does seem a little weird doesn't it I believe that was the first prototype of the EZ-B v3 and I was testing the arduino shield compatibility at the same time as I was having fun with the claw. It was just a simple pass through test for the digital and analog pins.

By the way sorry to those viewing the video on a mobile phone, for some reason the youtube text doesn't appear on a phone so it makes the video a little less informative.

If there is a EZ con we should vote on top bots and show them there...... Actually having "vote offs" for creativity , most functions blah blah blah in different classes would be fun and inspire all of us to push to get more out of our robots :)
