To create a tutorial for ARC, you can begin by visiting the support section for ARC, where you can find various resources and guides to help you get started. Here is the link to the ARC support page where you can find documentation, tutorials, and other helpful information: https://synthiam.com/Support.

If you're specifically looking to create a custom robot skill, including tutorials, you can follow the guide on how to create a robot skill for ARC here: https://synthiam.com/Support/Create-Robot-Skill/Overview.

Remember, the Tutorial robot skill by mikebmac that you mentioned is a plugin that allows you to give instructions to users within the ARC software. If you want to use this skill to create your tutorial, you can find it in the ARC software under the "Add Skill" menu, where you can search for the Tutorial skill and add it to your project.

I apologize for any confusion. If you are looking to create a tutorial within the ARC software using the Tutorial robot skill, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open ARC and load your project.
  2. Click on the "Project" tab and select "Add Skill."
  3. In the "Add Skill" window, search for the "Tutorial" skill under the "General" category or use the search bar.
  4. Click on the "Tutorial" skill to add it to your project.
  5. Once added, you can configure the Tutorial skill by clicking on the gear icon on the skill tile to open its configuration window.
  6. In the configuration window, you can create custom slides with text and pictures that will be saved to your .ezb project. You can use the formatting options to style your text and add images as needed.

For detailed instructions on how to use the Tutorial skill, including adding slides and formatting text, you can refer to the Tutorial skill page here: https://synthiam.com/Support/Skills/General/Tutorial?id=16003

This page provides information on the features of the Tutorial skill, how to use it, and the available ControlCommand() syntax for programmatically interacting with the tutorial slides.

If you need further assistance or have specific questions about creating your tutorial, please let me know, and I'll be happy to help!

Haha, Athena's response is funny but it's also 100% accurate. Because this is a "ask a robot building question" feature and you selected EZ-B v4 with a robot skill called "Tutorial".

To make a tutorial for the website, you'll want to view your content.

  1. click on your account icon on the top right

  2. In the account menu, click MY CONTENT

  3. Under the MY CONTENT menu, press TUTORIALS

  4. Press the CREAT A TUTORIAL button

You can create a new tutorial even more quickly than DJ's instructions by pressing the More Options button to expand the additional community buttons. When it is expanded, push the Create New Tutorial button.

Thanks for everyone's help. I found a tutorial by Steve G on "How to make a tutorial" (too funny) and it is quite good but the links are for the EZ Robot web page.
