I think you will need to use Blocky for this.

Under movement, there is a block to move servo. You would specify the port that the servo is connected to. From there, under Math, there is a number block. You would connect it to the Move servo block and put in the value or position between 1 and 180.

Servo block for RoboScratch is visible when an Auto Position control exists. Any default robot project that uses servos will also include an Auto Position (i.e. JD, Six, Roli). Please follow the tutorials in the learn section for your robot to ensure the correct project is loaded. The tutorials are very detailed and must not be skipped. The tutorials demonstrate how to load the project for your robot.

Click on the menu item titled LEARN from the top of this website. The same link is provided in the software, getting started guide, signup email, and many other places.

Follow the RoboScratch tutorial by clicking on the word in blue in this response.

I am so glad the new update has the servo option. The kids are doing a great job with it! Thanks!
