I don't think so,,,, The Android version can only accept small apps you create in ARC under the mobile tab interface builder.... You can add basic controls to the interface like buttons, mini Movement Panel etc.... It is basically used to remote control your robot... It does not have all the features ez buider has....

Consider compressing and/or shortening the sound files with Audacity. MP3s are much smaller than .wavs

It depends on your android device and available memory. I have loaded some large apps into android (approx 8 mb) with no trouble.
Converting the audio won't help. When the audio is loaded into ARC, it is converted into our own compressed codec.
