Dear Synthiam Team,
Windows 10 has all new Updates and I installed the newest ARC Software - today its not possible to open the Software. its Halloween, all robots are outside and the Software is dead - for one week ?! the problem has nothing to do with Windows Updates. on a computer with last updates from 01.08.2020 its not possible to open ARC. so the synthiam software automatically shut down today on all systems in Europe or worldwide. all my friends have the same issue. is this the future? synthiam shut down all systems by the internet.. yesterday all was working fine.
it is sad to see this development.
by the way: the one years old ARC is working fine! I have one Computer with ARC from 2019 and no internet! with ARC I can work and connect all EZBs. I can open ARC with newest windows updates, too. ARC is working - ARC is down. But its not possible to use ARC Save-Files with ARC. Not compatible. its to late to programm all robots again with ARC.
this is the first time since beginning that Synthiam Software crashes my holidays. thank you ARC.

maybe remove the ARC and redownload it . also clear your browser history befor redownloading arc.

I have the issue on all my computers/ notebooks and yesterday all was working fine. I changed nothing and I installed it all 5 times. my friends and customers have the same issue in germany.

Nomad 6R the ARC Software is the Problem. you can install it 100 times. the software is down. now in Netherlands,too and in a few hours in Belgium.
Did redownload, tried to install (Modify) and repair, no solution, still same error message. Did you do remove and next a new install?

I tested: 5 different computers/ notebooks. I have a robot shop in germany. my customers have same issues. the problem starts today. it doesnt matter: old windows7-10, newest windows 10, old windows updates, new windows updates. the ARC worked yesterday and now its on Halloween down. as soon as the PC is online ARC is unusable. I think a bug in the software.
I'll bet you it is global, follow-the sun more and more countries will report the issue. Problem is that it is the middle of the night in Canada where the people are that can solve it. And indeed not smart to do a release just for Halloween were many many EZ-B / ARC powered robots are equipped to make spooky ghosts move.

I worked on my monsters for 6 months and now I can use them next year..

Nomad 6R you need to put the ARC.exe file into the ARC installing folder and overwrite it.

@AvatarX have a look to the post from member "ptp" that saves your Halloween. you need to put the ARC.exe file into the ARC installing folder and overwrite it. first you unpack the ARC.zip.

New ARC is up. We had some internet issues this morning with the update - go spook the kiddos :)

thank you so much @DJ Sures"and @ptp. In germany Holloween ends now but it was a great evening. all was working fine for 4 hours non stop. Im happy. the morning was the HORROR haha :D
