NIce @Anthony I will continue prototyping as it is working now .. it does draw its power from the ezb but for lack of 3d printer , i have to use what i can find for prototypes.
As it comes together I would love to get with you on that.. I may can help some as i have started a few models in 3dsMax.
Crap, you beat me to it... I was working on a iRobot Create car for JD... Not only is it white to match, but it's perfectly suited for JD's size too... Admittedly I still need to order my JD, though...

i notice he had little room for his EZB4 to attach to his back and the wires that will pop out.. Don't forget to leave room for non printed parts.
