Microsoft is planning to end support for Windows 10 Mobile devices in December.... These security updates will now cease on December 10th 2019, and devices will be unsupported after this date. Windows 10 Mobile, version 1709 (released October 2017) is the last release of Windows 10 Mobile and Microsoft will end support on December 10, 2019,
Xamarin.Forms currently supports Android, iOS and UWP (Windows 10). There are community led developments to support WPF and Tizen. Mac is supported too, although you'd have to check the status of that. Windows Phone (8.0, 8.1) and Windows Mobile (10.0) are deprecated, but using an old version of Xamarin.Forms it is still possible to develop for them, although whether it is wise is another matter.
...without Microsoft support, one is left with mostly an expensive paperweight.
I don't believe Windows 10 mobile is supported but someone is welcome to correct me
@dj-sures Is this something you can do. I read this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/package/packaging-uwp-apps and this would be great for those that are using a Windows 10 Mobile.

ARC Mobile is built with Microsoft Xamarin: https://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/153802/does-xamarin-continues-even-windows-phone-is-discontinued ...without Microsoft support, one is left with mostly an expensive paperweight.Windows phone has been discontinued by Microsoft. There’s no plan to support any legacy windows phone devices with synthiam products.
