There’s a number of other and more affordable controllers you can use for Synthiam ARC software. Have you seen the esp32? It’s wifi enabled and only a few dollars. Also there’s an esp32cam as well which has a camera on it.
as for ezrobot, maybe let them know about the trouble you’re having. If it is not showing up in the wifi list, sounds defective. You can find ezrobot website at www.ez-robot.com. See what they say about the product if it’s defective or not.
We need a lot more information if you want help figuring it out. This is not the support site for the hardware, but enough of us use it we can probably help.
Let's start with network. If you are only on WiFi, do you see the ez-b's network?
That's awesome. The manufacturer who made the product is always a good person to ask about their product. Just like if your Dell laptop keyboard broke, asking Microsoft for support won't be very helpful
Conveniently Synthiam also has an EZB Troubleshooting guide if you are having trouble with the connection.
It can be found here: https://synthiam.com/Support/troubleshooting/Connection-Troubleshooting
Attached is a datasheet for the IoTiny for you.

Merged both threads together. Looks like the poster should be contacting ezrobot at www.ez-robot.com for a defective product
