Program robots using technologies created from industry experts. ARC is our free-to-use robot programming software that makes features like vision recognition, navigation and artificial intelligence easy.
Well this is a first! The blue led flashing is caused by an event in the wifi driver. So if there is a hardware failure with a broken antenna internally, that’s about all I can think of.
At least the network is setup for ya - so you’ll be good to go when it’s replaced with a new one
When we started shipping the IoTiny they were always in Anti-static bags. I will check with our manufacturer to see if they stopped using them. I do believe there are clear bags coated with staticide these days but I will need to double-check if those are the type they are using.
There’s a number of other and more affordable controllers you can use for Synthiam ARC software. Have you seen the esp32? It’s wifi enabled and only a few dollars. Also there’s an esp32cam as well which has a camera on it.
as for ezrobot, maybe let them know about the trouble you’re having. If it is not showing up in the wifi list, sounds defective. You can find ezrobot website at www.ez-robot.com. See what they say about the product if it’s defective or not.
We need a lot more information if you want help figuring it out. This is not the support site for the hardware, but enough of us use it we can probably help.
Let's start with network. If you are only on WiFi, do you see the ez-b's network?
That's awesome. The manufacturer who made the product is always a good person to ask about their product. Just like if your Dell laptop keyboard broke, asking Microsoft for support won't be very helpful
Where can I find the basic user manual for this board?

And Fing (my best tool) does not see him.

FYI, I was surprised when I rec'd this board yesterday; it was in an ordinary plastic bag. That is NOT how sensitive electronics is packaged.

here is a link to the manufacturers website for the iotiny product: www.ez-robot.com

So yes, we can close this thread.
