Hello , well this is the month that the Six will ship.
I have one on order (pre-Retail). An would like to connect with as many other Six owners as I can.
I will post here once Six is in but would like to start making contacts now.
So if you have Six and are waiting as I for his arrival please post here so I can try to form a small sub community for six developers.
DJ said no news is good news so I'm checking daily.
I will be watching you guys from the sidelines for a bit...
I have been trying to think of ways a small shock absorber can be added to the feet along with maybe a rubber tip. Since i will not have touch sensors right a way .. some type of shock or spring system could make his walking movement are hard floors and counter tops a bit nicer.

Thanks for your message. We are set to begin shipment of Six this week! It might take us a few weeks to work through our pre-orders, but I suspect that you should receive a tracking number for your order within 2 weeks. We are shipping in priority order, and you will receive an email notification within 24 hours of your order being completed.

Manufacturing has to assemble thousands of robots and there is a steep learning curve per part. That's why we are doing each robot separately. Its all going smoothly
everything is roli out, lol, and roli play's the EZ-Robot corporate song...

After this email one of my orders was canceled and added to another order i have, I have tried to request more information via email to customer support. first i get an email back saying that you got the email and to wait for staff reply. then I get an email that is a survey wanting to know how I found the service I revived. This is the Response i have gotten the last two time i tried to find out what as up with the consolidated order. I still have not heard a thing? DJ and you check your support system as something has gone array.
I realize its frustrating to stand in line not knowing the exact day it is coming , but i assure you they are rolling out asap.
Take in mind i am not a EZ-Robot staff member but to explain in short whats happening. Some customers have placed more than one order. Some 2 or 3. This I completely understand as I invest more with EZ-Robot as i have the play money to do so. In the name of efficiency some of these orders are being consolidated into one shipment instead of receiving several at different times. My orders have been no exception to this consolidation. This cuts down on international shipping costs and overall customs duties for customers who have to deal with countries that impose those costs.
Hopefully this makes sense as EZ-Robot is trying to do everything they can to make sure the logistics of your orders are as economical as possible for everyone.
You should have received an answer to your question! I sent it myself explaining that for orders with free shipping, we combine them.
Please check your email for our messages, maybe it's going to spam? You should be getting them...
