Six Revolution

Hello , well this is the month that the Six will ship.

I have one on order (pre-Retail). An would like to connect with as many other Six owners as I can. I will post here once Six is in but would like to start making contacts now.

So if you have Six and are waiting as I for his arrival please post here so I can try to form a small sub community for six developers.

DJ said no news is good news so I'm checking daily. :)

I have a Six currently in "processing" stage :)

I will have access to a Six. Mine wont be shipped until Roli is ready because this order has all 3 bots and 3 dev kits. Roli will be the final parts needed to complete the order.

I will be watching you guys from the sidelines for a bit...

Nice to know @Rich I have one in processing stage as well.

I have been trying to think of ways a small shock absorber can be added to the feet along with maybe a rubber tip. Since i will not have touch sensors right a way .. some type of shock or spring system could make his walking movement are hard floors and counter tops a bit nicer.

@d.cochran when i place my order for Six and one for DJ i was anticipating shipping and release issues so i actually did then in 2 separate orders since both totals came to amounts that merit free shipping.

All good on waiting. It will be an amazing day when that order comes in. I might pass out when I see the box.

I have a order for 2 ezb v4 , 2 cams and six robot and it has moved to the processing stage.

The last update I got from EZ Robot was on Aug 19th that said i should be getting a shipping number in about 2 week. Today is the two week mark so I'm getting gritty to see when the status changes. Wooo hooooo

Thanks for your message. We are set to begin shipment of Six this week! It might take us a few weeks to work through our pre-orders, but I suspect that you should receive a tracking number for your order within 2 weeks. We are shipping in priority order, and you will receive an email notification within 24 hours of your order being completed.

Kind of disheartening. I was hoping Roli would be on his way to me by now, but if you don't have your Six yet I can be pretty sure Roli is no where near shipping yet.

Actually, Roli is shipping within the next 2-3 weeks :)

Manufacturing has to assemble thousands of robots and there is a steep learning curve per part. That's why we are doing each robot separately. Its all going smoothly :D

After this email one of my orders was canceled and added to another order i have, I have tried to request more information via email to customer support. first i get an email back saying that you got the email and to wait for staff reply. then I get an email that is a survey wanting to know how I found the service I revived. This is the Response i have gotten the last two time i tried to find out what as up with the consolidated order. I still have not heard a thing? DJ and you check your support system as something has gone array.

Zap and Hippie geek , mine has moved to shipped status and should arrive tommorow by DHL here in the USA. The Six was one of the early preorders.

I realize its frustrating to stand in line not knowing the exact day it is coming , but i assure you they are rolling out asap. ;)

Take in mind i am not a EZ-Robot staff member but to explain in short whats happening. Some customers have placed more than one order. Some 2 or 3. This I completely understand as I invest more with EZ-Robot as i have the play money to do so. In the name of efficiency some of these orders are being consolidated into one shipment instead of receiving several at different times. My orders have been no exception to this consolidation. This cuts down on international shipping costs and overall customs duties for customers who have to deal with countries that impose those costs.

Hopefully this makes sense as EZ-Robot is trying to do everything they can to make sure the logistics of your orders are as economical as possible for everyone.

If your orders had free shipping they will combine them, therefore the cancelled one has been combined with the other to make one order.

Understood Rich , my only fear was , I had a six and a JD on order , The Six is shipping and the JD is still waiting to ship. By canceling the Six and combining it to the JD or will delay my order again until both robots are shipping. I did try to send a support message to see if this was the case but when I ask. I get an email right away saying they got the message. then followed by another one the next day asking how I liked the customer serves but never a response to question.

@HippieGeek.... When did you place your order(s) for JD and Six? I placed an order for a couple more of the EZb4 boards in Sept 2013... I go them a few weeks ago... Some of us had to wait a lot longer than you have had to so far.... You will get them....

You should have received an answer to your question! I sent it myself explaining that for orders with free shipping, we combine them. :)

Please check your email for our messages, maybe it's going to spam? You should be getting them...
