Order Questions

Hey i live in the uk and its been around 5 weeks or even more and still havent had any thing. in my orders it says stage2 processing order. please help

The orders are delayed by the Chinese new year. I am expecting mine in mid or late Feb.

Correction: All orders are pre-orders. Chinese New Year has been part of the delay however we have still not received any concrete dates for when they will start to ship.

Pre-orders are on a first come first served basis. Those who ordered first, back in September/October time will receive theirs first and the backlog will be dealt with as and when manufacturing will allow. In other words, it could still be some time before you receive your order.

Based on the shipping of the EZ-B V3, you are looking at under a week from dispatch to arriving however this may be delayed due to import duty and tax which must be paid before the courier will release the item. This delayed mine by a day for the first one, the second they left for me but I had an invoice come through for the tax & duty.

Nobody has their order(s) yet... You (like everyone else) bought a pre-order... I ordered in Sept of last year... almost 5 months waiting now.... You'll have to be patient....

To add to what the above people said, DJ has been hard at work with upgrading the software with even more features while we are waiting. The robot building market is a buzz talking about the Revolution. Buzzworthy news.

DJ Said That He Will Be Doing A Video Update In Regards To Order Status After Chinese New Year Is Over And The Manufacturer starts working agian. i cant remember if this is the first or second week right now but, we'll have some news soon. i orderd in mid november and am prepared to be waiting till at least mid march. if i get it before that i wont complain but i try to be realistic with these things. I've pre ordered quite a few things over the years and i will say that EZ-Robot has been way more interactive with its customers on the matter. most places simply say "you'll get it when you get it, you knew that when you placed the order." they are also very quick to remind you that the date can change at any given moment for any given reasons.

I'd wait this long for another V3 so waiting for the V4, while im anxious, is no sweat off of my back. I guarantee it'll be worth the wait.

Whatever, we only wait our robots. But, I really hope I get my robot that day, give a surprise.

I have a question related to my pre-order (Nov 14). I would like to order new items (ex: modified servos) in addition to the current pre-order. Will the new items be part of the pre-order; i.e. be within the same shipment, or will they be first come / first served again; i.e. wait another few months after receiving the pre-order ?

I would suggest contacting the staff directly via the contact page. They added some new stuff after I did my pre-order, and they were able to add it to the same order. For items which they don't actually manufacture like the modified servos, I am sure they will either ship at the same time anyway, or will be happy to modify the order for you. If it is for EZ-Bits or EZ-B boards, your new order will probably be put in the order received.
