Have you reviewed this? https://synthiam.com/Tutorials/Lesson/14?courseId=1

Let me know if that helps - it may be due to the wifi module in the device. And therefore require a USB wifi module

Make Tablet is connected on the same Wi-Fi network as EZ-B V4. Check the IP address on your tablet, make you it is the correct one, match the one with your dell PC.

You can also check out the Tutorial https://synthiam.com/Tutorials/Lesson/15?courseId=5 on how to connect it to AP mode or client mode. Also have you try resetting the board?

have tried both solutions, looks like it may be time to try a usb dongle - any recommendations? Thanks guys.

btw DJ. we are live today and tomorrow at the Education Innovation Conference in Manchester, UK the bot was probably the most photographed thing during setup day :)

Hi Guys, All fixed, it was a subnet issue, devices were Fujitsu internal use and for some reason are set to 192.168.15.x rather than the more usual 192.168.1.x once they were changed, magic off they went.
