I Need Help With My Wall-E

Hello, I am trying to get the gearbox off the wheels so I can add my servos. I see screws under the wheels and I am afraid that I will break something if i mess around. Can someone please help me?

Take all these screws out. Once they are out you can take it apart. You may be able to search YouTube for a video.

Depending on what walle it is. I had the same problem. There was a secret screw through the front of the main wheel. Depending when it was made there are 2 different materials of caps covering the screw. One is a hard rubber and one is glued on plastic. If it is the plastic one you'll have to drill a small hole to get at the screw.

I know there is a thread here that explains this with pictures...

I had the same trouble at first, then i just drill a hole right in the center of the wheel to reveal the hidden screw.

Listen to what Louis said. In the "Big" wheel, there is a screw. Drill a small hole in the center of the "hub" and stick a small phillips driver in there and give a turn until it grabs. If the whole is small, the screw won't come all the way out, but will disengage from the hub, and you can slide the assembly off.

@cyberdude Which side? One side has the gearbox and the other is the part that everyone looks at.
