I get a message that i have wrong ezb version when trying to connect to my project for ezb3.;;Here is the debug message.....

When i click on help it shows i have ezb 2014.06.22.00 firmware 16.6..Help..This occured after version update..
Help doesn't show your current version of firmware it shows the version required for using that version of ARC.
You need to update your firmware.
Click Start Click All Programs Click EZ-Robot Click EZ-B Firmware Update
This should start the firmware update tool.
Then follow the on screen instructions. I wrote a quick guide a while ago, the firmware version has since changed but the process is the same.

Alternately you could click yes to the question asked about if you want help updating, it should take you to EZ-Robot's firmware update tutorial.
I know it seems strange but, you need to update EZB3.... Go into the folder where your ARC exe file is and you will see the EZB updater app... Run it, connect to your ezb and up date it to the current version

rb550f, Those guys are on it fast. On my pc 8.1 windows, Program files (86) on my hard drive, EZ Robot, EZ Robot Firmware Update. My EZB3 shows 16.5 When I have not updated firmware for a while, it takes me a little while to find it.
For future reference, windows 8 or 8.1 slide the home screen up to display all apps and the firmware update is under EZ-Robot or use the search everywhere box and type in "EZ-B" and both ARC and EZ-B Firmware Update should be at the top of the search results.
