Unfortunately, the Speech Synthesis skill in ARC does not have a specific voice that sounds like C3PO from Star Wars. However, you can experiment with the available voices in the drop-down menu and adjust the emphasis, rate, and volume settings to get a voice that is close to what you are looking for. You can also try downloading and installing additional voices on your computer to expand your options.
