Hi
Windows 7 - Acer Aspire X3810 computer - Latest download EZ-B - Up to date firmware.
When I try to do servo settings the ARC screen locks up and I need to restart my computer every time. This will happen when I am doing the actual setting and if I get through that and manage to save the setting, the screen will lock up the first time I test the setting.
Second issue is probably related but I really have no idea. When testing the settings on one servo (such as centering) a different servo will also move.
I am working with a aluminum robot arm I purchased from EZ Robot about a year ago.
I hope I am adhering to the proper procedures for this inquiry. If not put me on the right track.
Thanks

When you say "latest firmware" does this mean you are using an ezb3? Are your batteries good? Servos need a lot of juice...
Locking up interface usually means something is funky on the Microsoft Windows side - recommended procedure is to....
I am using an EZ-B V3. Batteries brand new and fully charged. I will uninstall, reboot , reinstall the latest download and let you guys know the result after New Year. Have a very prosperous new year. Thanks
OK Uninstalled ARC, rebooted, downloaded and reinstalled. Everything is working fine. Just received my JD, got it assembled as per all the tutorials and will try to get it up and dancing today. The kit was received in perfect condition but the spare parts i ordered were just loose in the large box that contained the kit box and an extension block went missing.
