Here is my practice hand / fingers from the past, I put this together today, using 3 small servos, a hobby hand I picked up, Ex- builder, auto-position and voice.
I did get this hand, figures working with the Xbox 360 Kinect also, very cool, that I need to fine tune, :-)
I guess I can do this with any hand
The fingers is what I am interested in moving more perfectly, I will research.
for now here is a short video:

Nice!!
But I guess you will need stronger servos for gripping, than those... I used them in previous builds, they are super cool. Cheap and tiny, but sadly they do judder a lot under load. Also they do not have a lot of torque!
sure stronger / more torque servos to grip better, just a test
the video you put on here, I emailed them and said:
Do you have any products / robot, robot hands etc for robot enthusiasts?

Hi Ang,
Many thanks for your email and sharing your content.
I'm afraid we don't - we custom make our robot hands for each order hence we rarely have spare parts. However, please do check our website as we're often hiring and posting other interesting opportunities on there.
Our best wishes for the new year.
Kind regards,
Jyoti
