Use PC or robot cameras for vision tracking: color, QR, glyph, face, object, motion; record video/data, control servos and movement, run scripts

There could be a few reasons why you are experiencing this issue. Here are a few things you can try:
Make sure that the camera is properly connected to the EZ-B v4 and that the EZ-B v4 is properly connected to your computer.
Check that the camera is compatible with the Camera Device skill in ARC. You can find a list of compatible cameras on the Synthiam website.
Try restarting both the EZ-B v4 and your computer.
If none of the above solutions work, try contacting Synthiam support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.

I just tried it, works.
make sure you are connected on the right ip address. for each one
Please make sure you do what EzAng stated above.... EZB:\###.###.###.###:24 the :24 is the port the camera uses so make sure this section of your IP address ###.###.###.### matches the EZB the camera is connected and then add :24 to it.
When this has happened to me if it stops working while using it the only way to get the camera back on is to turn off the power to the EZB and restart it then reconnect to it in ARC.
