There are loads of wireless mics and solutions. What kind? Bluetooth? USB via wireless USB hub?

Be aware that an on-board mic will be more difficult to set up as it will have difficulty with the robot noise while it moves. For best results with VR the mic needs to clearly pick up voices and no background noise. Headsets are great. Built in mics in a laptop work well too.

I am using this at the moment.....not only wireless mic...but speakers as well...basically an extension of your PC Mic and speaker jacks.

Wireless Audio Adapter

It does require another 2.4GHz USB transceiver though.
