Trying To Print Jd's Neck

I am trying to 3D print part P21A-01. The piece that connects the head to the servo. When I print it out as it is from the site it will fit length wise however it will not fit the gear for the head in the top hole. When I try to increase the size it will increase the size of the whole piece not just the hole for the head. Any suggestions? confused stress

Are you using an EZ-Robot servo or a different one? Not all servo gear heads are the same size. I'm about to assemble a new one I printed my self.

Not all printers will output the same resolution. You may have to modify the component for your 3d printer, and/or the servo selected. As a 3d printer owner, having a set of small files on hand is a necessary accessory.
