Dear EZ-robot, A few days ago, I received a EZ-Robot Developer Kit in the Order ID: 12-5280. Unfortunately, it has a problem. I cannot put the power adapter into the barrel jack of the controller holder. The reason is that the barrel jack is too thick for the thin power adapter. Can you help me, please? Use Contact Us to report the defect and they will get it sorted out under warranty. There was a manufacturing error on a recent batch.
You can also try and get a 2.5mm barrel jack from a local electronics store. That way you can be up and running much sooner... Ebay is another option, but that will take longer to get to you.....
