I still have the issue of ARC rearranging my project controls on opening. I'm using the latest version of ARC and I freshly built a new project file and it still does it. If anyone can help please do so!
Have you unchecked the box for auto arranging on opening?
Where would that be?
In the bottom left corner of the open file dialog window
