Speed Servo's When Connecting In ARC
is it possible to ad D7 and D4 jd robot in the init script to slow down when , puch the connect button ?

The initialization of servos is the servo moving into a position for the first time. A servo never knows what position it is in. A servo is only told what position to move to. Find out more about how a servo works in the activities learn section.
