Six Feet:One Of The Walking Motor Is Not Working

Hi, Does anyone encounter any problems to make the six feet robot walking? One of the feet is not moving after successful playing it on four times. I have tried to change the pin, it looks like something wrong with the motor. Any advise?

A video showing the problem would be nice. If a different port is used, you have to change the AutoPosition to use the new port. If it didn't work, then submit a warrenty claim in the Contact Us area.

Note that servo motors will fail if under load for a long time. They are often under load in the positions that hold six up. If it is due to strain that caused the servo to fail, it isn't under warranty.
