Is there a way to put the stop back in a continuous servo so it can be used as a rotation servo?

It maybe possible but I am going to say even it it were it would not be worth the effort... just buy a regular servo if you need one.... Servos are dirt cheap anyway...
It's not just that the physical "stop" has been removed but also the electronics/pot have been modified as well...
