I would guess it is because today is Black Friday. Pretty much everyone has a huge sale on the last Friday in November (some do it all week long like Amazon).
I would say, looking at how they are showing the price drop that it is a sale and black Friday is most likely.
It's tempting me to spend my store credit on a Roli just to complete the set... we will see what happens throughout the day
