Joystick And Continuous Servo

Hi all, I am wanting to use a joystick to move continuous servos, on the y axis move servo 1 up and down and on the x servo 2 left and right. I am aware of the Movement Panel but its ment for drive wheels but I cannot find out how to change it. Also the joystick is really sensitive, how would I tone this down? I am new to the code side of this so be gentle.:) cheers Matt
