Jd Is On His Way

Just a quick question, probably laughably stupid (even more so of its in the tutorials so forgive me) for you roboheads, but what are the ultimate no nos when it comes to servo care? Once JD is sleepy and needs a charge, will it be bad to gently bend his legs so he can sit on my desk or would that be better done before he gets tired out? I have literally no knowledge of when it's okay or not okay to move servos or even if its okay to ever move by hand and I'm pretty nervous about breaking my new little fella!

I have EZ builder downloaded and I do plan on doing all of the lessons so forgive me if it will be covered in there. It doesn't come up with a quick search and I'm so ridiculously excited/impatient!

Thanks in advance and any help would be appreciated!

Adam :-)

Hi Adam! You can bend his legs without worrying when the power is off. :)

You can fold him up or put him in a bag/backpack as well. He's not as fragile as you'd think.

@DJ Sures ,

Awesome! I did assume he was, he looks so well built in all the videos and pictures. Real solid looking, and again I'm sure all my questions will be answered as I go through the tutorials but thanks for getting back to me so soon and I'll look forward to contributing to the community over the next few months!

Adam :)

P.s I don't think I've been this excited since getting my Texta Polly robot when I was 8!

Pps. For those that havent heard of a Texta Polly, that was the lamest robot in existence.
