Jd Camera

I can't get the JD camera to work:

I've connect to another EZB4 and the result is the same, I run the telnet with ezb ip and port 24, it connects i drop a few chars but i got no response and the connection is still open.

Is anything more i can do to help troubleshoot the camera ?

Thanks

Does the LED flicker or come on?

Is the cable connected securely on both ends?

As well as making sure the cable connections are tight, give an extra push on the cable to make sure it is properly seated in the connector. The camera that came with my Six, I thought was bad because it stopped working after just a few minutes. Turns out to be one of the wires was not properly crimped in the JST connector. Error was the same when it was failing.

when i power the EZB the camera module blinks the blue led. No blink or other visual sign when i try to connect the camera via camera control.

I'll check the cable to see if the wires are ok

ok, i checked the cable's wires with a multi-meter, it seems good, the camera module (pcbs) are warm.

Anything else i should check?

what for me helped was turn the cable 180 degree,

It has two pcb's? Perhaps the camera is defective - if it's within warranty time frame, contact ez-robot support and include a link to this thread.:) We'll get you up and running!
