JD Humanoid Won't Turn On

Good day fellas,

Our lab just purchased a JD humanoid. However, when we try to switch on, this is nothing happened. There is no light and no sound. We checked the battery which can be charged and it was fully charged at that time.

We are trying to find the solution to it, wish someone here can provide us with some support. Thank you in advance!

Does anyone have any idea?
