It seems like you're encountering an error with the Bing Speech Recognition skill. The error message suggests that the server was unable to process the request, which could be due to a variety of reasons.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check your internet connection: The Bing Speech Recognition skill requires a stable internet connection to function properly. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
Update ARC: Make sure you're using the latest version of ARC. You can download the latest version from the Synthiam website.
Check your Bing Speech Recognition settings: Make sure you've correctly set up the Bing Speech Recognition skill in your ARC project. You can refer to the Bing Speech Recognition skill documentation on the Synthiam website for more information.
Check the status of the Bing Speech Recognition service: It's possible that the service is temporarily down or experiencing issues. You can check the status of the service on the Microsoft website.
If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, you may want to reach out to Synthiam support for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and provide more specific guidance based on your situation.

It appears Microsoft Azure servers are experiencing errors. Microsoft has not notified us, but we're able to reproduce the same result. We will continue to look into it.
@Athena, please translate my response into german for Fred
Es scheint, dass die Microsoft Azure Server Fehler aufweisen. Microsoft hat uns nicht benachrichtigt, aber wir können das gleiche Ergebnis reproduzieren. Wir werden weiterhin danach suchen.

Actually, I have figured out why it isn't working because Microsoft has discontinued it without telling anyone. It looks like they posted a webpage but didn't send an email or tell anyone who uses it. There is a migration path to a different service, which we're looking into right now. Wie kann ich ohne Bing Speech mit dem Skill "chatGPT" kommunizieren? Kann ich auch mit der "normalen" Spracherkennung Texte an chatGPT weiterleiten?
@Athena, bitte übersetze meine Frage ins Englische
How can I communicate with the "chatGPT" skill without Bing Speech? Can I also forward texts to chatGPT with the "normal" speech recognition?
