Ez-B V4 Conector Types

I saw in another post a picture of the new EZB V4 board sitting in DJ's hand. It occurred to me that there are few different connectors then was on the EZB V3. notably the main power connector and the white female connectors in the middle of the board. I assume the mail header pins are the ADC & Digital ports and the black female connector is the 12c(Correct?). What are the white female ones and what type connector do I need to attach to them?

I'm waiting for 3 of these V4 boards when they start shipping. I want to be ready to retrofit them into my B9 and take advantage of the new options when they arrive. I want to have what's needed here to attach them and not have to wait weeks again for new parts to arrive.

The programming port doesn't provide power to the ezb. You need to power the ezb by the power terminals on the bottom. If you're worried about height, simply desolder the din connector and replace it with direct wires or angled pins like the programmer pins.

You can use a soldering iron to desolder something. Usually a solder wick makes it easier, or a desolder hand pump. You can find them at your local radio shack. If you're familiar with building a custom robot, desoldering a two pin connector is really easy:)

Yep, I've done lots of soldering and de soldering. I have a nice Hakko De-soldering gun that I love and works like a dream.

I do plan to desolder that bottom mounted power plug and add a pig tail wire and Molex connector to one of my new V4 boards that will be replacing the 3 exesting V3 boards mounted in my B9. I'll need to bring power in from the side because it's in a very tight area as seen in post #9 above. If you look close at the V3 board in that pic I've already desoldered that power plug and added the pig tail & connector because of space limits (well you cant really see it because of that big heat sink is in the way).

I just mentioned adding a side mounted power plug because skater_j10 mentioned replacing the programmer pins with an extra 3.3V and Gnd breakouts there if "us" guys need it. Just thought I'd through out that idea to see if it was feasible or too late in the design game. ;)

I must say, this is a very nicely done board!:)

DJ, thank you for starting this new venture full time when you really didn't have to back a couple years ago. Also, thank you for taking the time to create this V4 for us! I believe in your product and I believe in you to be very successful. Let me rephrase... I believe you will be even more successful in the year to come.
