I'm trying to get my irobot to move by a script, but I can't figure it out? Does EZ-B support scripting?

Are you using the Roomba movement panel? Once you do that then all you need to script is FORWARD()
Yeah once you have the roomba Movement Panel in, like bookmaker said. All you need to do is use commands like Forward() or Left() or Right() or Stop(), etc...
using scripting can you read the sensors from a roomba or if cant will you be adding soon it has alot of sensors and some for navigation,thinking you will need a receive pin
