Any voice that works in Windows "should" work in ARC. I got mine from Cereproc (William)... cost about $45US, however....
i use cepstral voice old robot and its changeble high or low pitsh.50 euro. you can make multiple voice and store them in swifttalker. i have two voice for download in the cloud from robi the robot englich, you can use them if you want.
