The head servo of my JD Humanoid robot is broken. I can't find a replacement in Germany. What is the name of the servo? Where can I buy it in Germany? RobotShop does not have the servo on offer. Who can help me?

mir ist Ähnliches passiert. Das Originalteil von ez-robots war zwar günstig, doch der Transport sollte 55 Dollar kosten. Ich habe einen deutschen Händler gefunden, der ein von den äußeren Maßen identisches servo für 19,90 pro Stück anbietet. Wahrscheinlich gibt es noch weitere Anbieter. Ich habe dann aber aufgehört zu suchen und dort bestellt (Modellbau Berlinski, shop@modellbau-berlinski.de, D-Power DS-340BB MG Digital-Servo, Mini). Das Ritzel dieses Servos ist etwas kleiner als das Original. Da bei mir allerdings die Gelenkklammer, die die vertikale Kopfbewegung ermöglicht, gebrochen war, hab ich sie neu gedruckt und dabei die Maße und das Ritzel angepasst. Lass mich wissen, wenn dies für dich nach einer Lösung klingt, ich kann dir dann weitere Informationen geben.

vielen Dank für deine Unterstützung. Wie du habe ich auch einen fast baugleichen servo gefunden, der leider, wie auch von dir beschrieben, ein zu kleines Ritzel hat. Ich hatte mich für das Corona servo DS929HV, Digital 2.4kg der Firma VGR-Technology entschieden. Ein Grund dafür ist die höhere Betriebsspannung von 7,4V.  Würdest du mir die stl-Datei deiner Gelenkklammer vielleicht zur Verfügung stellen? Das wäre super nett :-) Viele Grüsse  Fred

hier ist schon mal die STL-Datei. Ich habe die Gelenkklammer mit Fusion360 konstruiert und könnte dir auch die CAD-Datei zur Verfügung stellen. Dann kannst du leichter Änderungen vornehmen. Fusion360 hat auch einige Exportformate, falls du ein anderes CAD-Programm benutzt.

Many thanks for your offer. I'm in Germany. But so far I'm quite happy with my printed brackets. Since I replaced the original ez-robot servo with part from Germany (for the same transportation cost issue) that slightly differs in the spline dimensions the orgininal brackets won't fit anyway.

the 3D Parts section of the website contains all of the opensource components for 3d printing. Additionally, you can access them from the ARC software in the 3D designer. You can even save the STL files to your drive from the 3D designer in the ARC software.
