Yes, they're the rounded stubs. They don't sell them in the store though.

At the time of those video's, JD's claws were being designed. That's why he had stubs

Thanks for the info. The stubs look quite nice. Need something for JD to be able to hit the keys of a small sized child piano well. The Claws would be just too big.

Personally I prefer 3 fingered claws over everything else, because they are so flexible. Same counts for the candygrabbers. I just dont like those shovel based ones. Cant get any candy with them

I think that Cory (EZ-Robot's part designer) has looked at those type of claws, but they were too hard to design at the scale and required many parts.
