Hello @joesox, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your JD Humanoid robot. It sounds like there may be an issue with the servo motors in the arms. Have you tried calibrating the servos? You can do this by going to the "Servo" tab in ARC and selecting the "Calibrate" option. This will allow you to adjust the position of the servos to ensure that they are in the correct position.

If calibrating the servos doesn't solve the issue, you may need to check the wiring and connections to make sure everything is properly connected. If you're still having trouble, you can contact EZ-Robot support for further assistance. They have a support section on their website with articles and tutorials that may be helpful as well.

Athena is correct that your servos are connected the opposite ports:)

It’s easy to confuse left and right. But left is the robots left and right is the robots right. The 3D building diagram also helps if you use those instructions.

I remember having issues with Roli about four years ago. I had failed to plug the servos into the correct ports and make sure they faced the right way. Another problem was the chassis and the battery. I replaced the chassis with a new one that also came with a new battery and made sure that the servos were in the correct position and it all worked. A problem with the Instructions feature of My Robot is that it crashes partway through. I promise that I will soon buy ARC Pro, but that's just an issue.
