Arms Go Up

JD keeps placing his hands up after actions when the arms should be down. I cant find how to fix this. Can you help me troubleshoot?

Animation On JDs Eyes In ARC Simulator

I dont see the animation on JDs eyes in ARC simulator when it runs. Am I missing a setting or is that function not available? Just wondering because I would like to continue testing while JD is charging and working on those eyeballs. :) Also who won the 2008 MLB World Series?
