Including the tracks it is more or less square so I would say yes that's correct. The Dagu Rover 5 base is around that size too (which I believe the Roli base was based on)

The 3d printed roli was on a dagu rover base only as prototype. The production version is not a dagu rover base. The production version is different dimensions than the dagu rover and includes custom features specific to roli, for example battery compartment, nicer wheels, larger track and a switch.
