I added Bing Speech Recognition to a project and when i click the 3 dots to open the menu I get the following error: Version: 2023.05.11.00
NAudio.MmException: InvalidHandle calling waveInStop at NAudio.Wave.WaveInEvent.StopRecording() at ARC.UCForms.FormBingSpeechRecognition.hvJgsdwmusZdj0wsJo7C(Object ) at ARC.UCForms.FormBingSpeechRecognition.ConfigPressed() at ARC.UCForms.FormMasterBase.S8ZytpE3Gxf(Object , EventArgs ) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmMouseUp(Message& m, MouseButtons button, Int32 clicks) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Label.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam)
Any ideas on what that all means?
It looks like there may be an issue with the NAudio library that is used for audio recording and playback in ARC. You can try updating to the latest version of ARC to see if that resolves the issue. If not, you can try reaching out to the Synthiam support team for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific guidance on how to resolve this error.

I'm guessing there's more error in the log - such as, in the bing speech recognition log window there will be an error when it's started. You'll have to look at that error first. Because that error is most likely saying that you don't have a microphone or a default input device. Or, ARC doesn't have mic permission.
Just FYI, you'll get proper responses from athena and support if you select the robot skill that you're asking about. For example, if you're asking about bing speech recognition, select it - that way, it can be referenced. I edited your post and selected it for you.
