3D Head
To my robots people I would to make a JD head a bit larger than its original what can I do.....

Your 3D printer software should let you encrease the size. Just keep track of how much you encreased on part to the next as you print the peices.
But keep in mind it's all sized for the camera, servo and led display, so if you change the overall size those items won't fit correctly.
