On/Off For Speech Recognition Phrases
I'd like to see the ability to turn on or off phrases in the speech recognition engines.

Instead of deleting them? What's the use case or outcome you're looking for?
Yes because deleting them makes them permanently gone. What if you want to temporarily turn them off so the robot only response to the active phrases. If you have a complex bit of code connected to one phrase and you want to deactivate that phrase for a short bit I don’t want to delete it and then add it back later.
it’s very important when you are building out a robots phrases not to accidentally get a false positive, which happens all the time.

As these robots become bigger ( and more dangerous ) a false negative could create some um interesting events...asking for a friend
