Virtual Machine/bootcamp Installtion

Virtual machines are a weird position. Some work, some don't, and some are spotty. Bootcamp for Mac has previously been used with some success, while other software such as wine for linux has been proven bad.

The key to ARC is microsoft .net 4.6.1. If this cannot be installed, ARC cannot function period. If it can be installed, there's no guarantee. Experimenting is required.
