I am on a farm today, only have my phone hotspot for wifi

How do I connect to ARC?

i gess you download ARC mobile on your phone.then open it and install your project. look at the settings on the mobile app.

Thanks, I figured it out.

I just can't  get on the net at the same time, left the dongle at my home,.
