would it be possible to included the end caps off servo's when ordering them. i think its good idea.

Do you mean the servo horns kit that comes in the dev kit, or the backs of the servos that are replaced by the EZ-Bit plastics? The former can be found at any hobby shop that sells RC cars and planes.
