Any chance of linking ARC with windows cortana, rather than Pandora bots. Seems a ton better than siri. Not sure its even possible. Thanks

No. Windows Cortana is for Windows Phone only. If Cortana is ported to the next version of Windows desktop (as it is rumored to be) then I'm sure at the windows level you can interface with Cortana to perhaps start ARC or close the app. Beyond that one would probably need an SDK from Microsoft to integrate Cortana and I have not ready any announcement on that.
