What Is The Minimum Viable Product For ARC Mobile?

Does anyone know what the minimum viable product (MVP) to run ARC mobile would be?

I have a remote application in which I don't want to be out too much $$ if the installation gets trashed or destroyed.

I have an iPhone 5S that can run ARC mobile as it's the last iPhone version that has the ability to run iOS 12. I know the ARC mobile page on the Apple app store says iOS 8 but since the update in 2019, it's actually iOS 12. These devices can sell from $50-150 CAD on the secondhand market.

I have a Samsung Galaxy III (Android 4.4.2) that still runs the old EZ - builder mobile app but it seems too old to run ARC mobile. It doesn't appear to be able to see the app in the Google play store. I tried side-loading the ARC mobile APK but it gave me a "Parsing Error" and didn't install.  I know that the Amazon Fire 7 tablet (Android 5.1 and newer) can be side-loaded with the Google play store and can then install ARC mobile. ARC mobile probably could be side-loaded directly but it's handy to have the app store. These devices sell from $30 secondhand to $80 CAD new.

Has anyone been able to use ARC mobile on Android 5 phones? If so, which devices have you had success with?

Alright, I don't want to make an exhaustive list in the post above so I'll post some links to lists of devices when available.

Here's a list of Chromebooks that can load Android Apps:

https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/chromium-os/chrome-os-systems-supporting-android-apps

Theoretically, the majority of them should be able to run ARC mobile as most of the older supported Chromebooks run Android 9 and the newer ones have Android 11.

The cool thing about Chromebooks is that they are low-cost (on the second-hand market) and come with a large monitor (compared to a phone or tablet), built-in Keyboard, and USB ports. You can also use them as a terminal to VNC into a computer running ARC, which works well if you have an SBC on your robot.
