Yes, a computer with WiFi can control it. Connect to it, then open ARC, and press connect in the connection control. If you have one or plan on purchasing one I suggest you read all the tutorials to gain a better understanding of how the ez-b and ARC work.

@deborahcrain Not only can you can control the ezb4 via wifi, it's the only way... There are two wifi modes... WP mode (connected directly to your PC) and Client mode (connected to your PC via your router)
